By downloading or using EasyMedLogger ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
EasyMedLogger is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App.
Not a Medical Device
The App is a personal convenience tool for tracking medication schedules established by you and your healthcare providers. It is not a medical device, is not FDA-approved or cleared, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of medication information you enter into the App.
- Ensuring you take the correct medications at the correct times and doses.
- Following the guidance of your licensed healthcare providers.
- Not relying on the App as your only safeguard against medication errors.
No Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that notifications will always fire at the scheduled time. Device-level settings (such as Do Not Disturb or battery optimization) may suppress notifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed doses or adverse health events.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
